  • Engage the community to get behind the restoration of the Heritage Villa at 123 Grafton Road to restore it to its former glory with sustainable objectives in mind, using the skills of both the local, national and international community
  • Hold regular community events on site surrounding the promotion of our local and international artists and musicians alike including acoustic sessions, story telling by the fire, poetry events, dance workshops, drawing meet-ups, creative collectives and other similar activities
  • Provide a positive and uplifting facilitated space for community to interact in with mindful objectives on recycling, restoring and giving
  • Provide a free community space during the day for workshops, tutorials, relaxation and interaction
  • Develop the ability to supply local organic food and beverage; both on-site and off-site sources
  • Develop a rich garden space for the community to relax and interact in
  • Develop a website that showcases the project initiatives and further grows into a community platform for discussion, exchange and new media.   Developing for the community including writers, researchers, journalists and documenters, a platform to relay their areas of interest and engage with one another and their audience covering the areas of Culture, Art, Music, Education, Health, Sustainability and Community
  • Develop a Media Room for documenting the projects initiatives, ‘Dinner Discussions’, Artist and Musician Interviews in the ‘Artist in the Attic’,  joint-venture partner and extended community initiatives for screening on the website
  • Rotate Art within the building and grow the ‘Whose on our Walls’ initiative to showcase local and international Artists who are displaying works through-out the venue
  • Join hands with other grass root initiatives and projects whose motivations are to provide for the well-being of community
